Sweet Siblings Rescued in South Korea Arrive at New Homes in the Same City

Lulu and Momo had a rough start to life after being abandoned on the side of a road with their littermates and then taken to a kill shelter in South Korea. However, things took a drastic turn after we rescued them with our partner Jindo Love Rescue, and now they’re with their new forever homes in the U.S. and living in the same city.

We heard about these puppies at the kill shelter, but sadly, two of them didn’t survive long enough to be rescued. We’re grateful we could step in and save Lulu, Momo, and their brother Coco, whose personalities really began to shine at our foster center in Gimhae.

Happy little Coco is a pocket-sized cutie full of tail wags and love. Momo is the sweetest, easy-going little boy, and Lulu has the same amazing personality.

This month, we’re celebrating Lulu and Momo arriving safely in San Francisco, where they’ll both be living and able to have meet-ups to play.

We’re so happy we found the perfect homes for them where they’ll be endlessly spoiled, and that they’ll be able to see each other again. So far, they’re both settling in very well and getting adjusted to their new lives — Lulu now even has a new canine sibling, Riley. Coco’s also been adopted and will soon head to his new home in Texas.

How to Help

If you’re interested in adopting one of these sweet dogs, you can learn more about adopting and send Jindo Love Rescue a message on Facebook to start the application process.

Even if you can’t adopt, you can still help by spreading their stories and supporting our ongoing rescue efforts in South Korea by making a donation and spreading the word about our ongoing need for flight volunteers to courier dogs to new homes.

Please also sign and share our alert to help end the dog meat trade in Hanoi, Vietnam.
